Elsie Hulsizer is an Environmental professional with a degree in oceanography and a certificate in fine art photography. Between sailing adventures she serves on the Washington State Board of Pilotage Commissioners which licenses Puget Sound’s ship pilots and on the Board of Trustees for Seattle’s Center for Wooden Boats.
