Dominick Cura

Hi, My name is Dominick Cura. I was born in Boca Raton, Florida on March 17th 1999. In 2008 at age 9, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. At first it seemed terrible but after awhile it seemed really good. I found out that Celiac was the best thing that ever happened to me, it changed my life so much. In a good way. If I didn’t have Celiac I would have never written my blog or published my own cookbook! So in the Summer of 2011 I decided to start writing my book, I had it published in April 2012. When I’m not baking recipes or doing stuff involved with my book I enjoy playing the cello, taking pictures (mostly nature pictures), and just having fun!

Books by Dominick:

“Eternally Gluten-Free”

My book Eternally Gluten-free, is a gluten-free cookbook of sweets with a small story about living with Celiac and how it changed my life so positively. My book is unique because I’m only 13 years old and I wrote it all by myself. My book has easy recipes from flourless peanut-butter cookies, and ice cream pie to hard recipes like pretzels and red velvet cupcakes.
